Matt brings over 23 years experience in Business Brokerage, Senior Management and Business ownership.  Matt’s extensive business background has enabled him to be on the Top 5 Agents List nationally year after year. He was awarded  the “Top  Selling Agent” designation  in the Western United States in for a National  Business Brokerage Firm.

Matt has also been recognized nationally for the 

“Most Businesses Sold Award“ .

Matt is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and has been awarded  the prestigious designation of “Mergers and Acquisitions Master Intermediary” (M&AMI), by the M&A Source, the world’s largest organization of Middle Market Intermediaries.  The Master Intermediary Club is an elite group of M&A professionals and there are only 70 other M&AMI’s in the world. Matt holds two other coveted industry designations: the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) by the International Business Brokerage Association (IBBA) and the Certified Business Broker (CBB) awarded by the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB).

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California State University in Los Angeles.

Sheri is a Licensed Business Broker  with over 16 years of business experience. This includes running her own financial consulting  firm “ The Bradon Information Systems” in Los Angeles. Her clients included television production companies and major produce growers and brokerage firms in Northern and Southern California.

She is also an accomplished marketing and sales advisor which enabled her to manage and grow the International Arian Hotel chain to record sales and occupancy rates. 

Sheri is a Certified Business Broker (CBB). This designation is awarded by the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB). The CBB designation demonstrates exemplary commitment and experience as a professional Business Broker.

She is a dedicated professional that will represent your best interests, with honesty and integrity. With her diverse business background, experience, and knowledge, she is always available to serve you.

A Founding Partner of The Provident Group, she is very involved in many non-profit organizations and is an active member in her community.

Larry is an associate intermediary with extensive experience in the accounting and reorganization of large and small companies.  He holds a B.S. in Business Administration specializing in Accounting.  His Masters degree is in Business Administration and Management. 

During 11 years as a pilot with the U.S.  Air Force, he held a several supervisory positions in training and management.  His experience continued with American Airlines in both operations and support positions.  Larry has also served as a consultant to a small service company providing advice on organization structure and management, and improving business activities.

Larry brings a wealth of experience and integrity to a team committed to making sure you have the best experience possible in buying or selling a business.

Mary comes to Provident with over 20 years of experience as an owner of a chain of hotels and a real estate investment advisor in Canada.   During her career as an investment Advisor, she facilitated the sale of millions of dollars of property which resulted in substantial gains for all of her clients.

A licensed Business Broker, she has extensive background in marketing, sales, and operations. Mary provides her services for assisting clients in the sale and acquisition of businesses. She brings a team player approach to the business sale.

Mary graduated from Immaculata College in Philadelphia majoring in Business Administration & Economics.  ur sale.
